Surprise visitors

We had hoped to have some friends out over the half term break, but they couldn’t make it as it was proving trick to re-home the Rupertizer for a week. After a morning of Gianti jobs, Trev headed off to the gym. I’d stayed behind to get a video uploaded and was going to go for a run along the beach front.

When he returned 5 minutes later, I was full of sympathy ‘couldn’t be arsed babe? It gets like that sometimes’ (phew, now that means I’m off the hook for a run).

‘You’d best get the kettle on, we’ve got visitors’

Looking out the window I saw a leggy brunette making her way down the pontoon … ‘is that Lorna?’

Our lovely friends had made a surprise visit out to us, we sailed, swam in a saltwater lagoon, kayaked on big seas & watched as the bromance between Paul & Trev took hold once more.

There’s a short compilation video of the the week from our pictures & video here

Thank you so much Paul & Lorna, we really appreciated seeing some faces from back home. We’ll see you both really soon 💋

There is nothing – absolutely nothing – half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.
